How do I create an account?
  To create a new account:
1) Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.

2) Below the New Customers heading, click the “Continue” button to begin your first-time registration.

3) Follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  To edit your account information, login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site.   Next, under "Personal Information" select the appropriate option to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping charges vary by carrier and are automatically calculated at checkout. To calculate shipping on your selected items, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page where you can select a shipping method.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "Print invoices" to view and print invoices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says, "Forgot your password?" Click the link and then enter the email address you use to sign in to your account.  The site will automatically send you an email with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Note: There are no returns or exchanges on voucher purchases.

Can I return vouchers?

No, you cannot return vouchers. All CompTIA voucher purchases are final. Please make sure that you have selected the correct testing center and the correct number of vouchers.

CompTIA Voucher Terms and Conditions:

  • One voucher is applicable towards one exam, and is valid at a Pearson VUE test center.
    • Vouchers are program specific, and in some cases, exam specific. Make sure you purchase the voucher for the correct exam.
    • Vouchers are not transferable between programs.
  • Candidates must register and take their examination prior to the voucher expiration date.
    • Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended under any circumstances.
  • CompTIA and the participating test providers are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or voucher numbers.
  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Vouchers are not applicable towards exams that have already been taken.
  • CompTIA vouchers may not be resold.
When will my order ship?
  Please see individual product pages for more information on the availability of each product. Also, after placing your order, you may login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "Review orders / track packages". You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 1-2 business days of shipment. Standard shipping via UPS Ground is 3-7 days.

Digital products will be emailed within 1 business day of your order being submitted. Please contact customer service if you have not received you digital products within 1 business day of purchase. Physical products that are in stock will usually ship within 1-2 business days after placing the order. You will receive an email with your tracking information once the product has shipped.
