How do I get started on CompTIA Marketplace?
  If you are new to the CompTIA Marketplace store, the following steps will help you get started using this website.
  1. Create a login for the CompTIA Marketplace store.
    If you do not currently have an account for CompTIA Marketplace, create a new account by following these steps:
    1. Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.

    3. Below the New Customers heading, click the “Continue” button to begin your first-time registration.
    4. Login screen
    5. Follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.
    Note: This is a separate login from your CompTIA login. You must create a new login for the CompTIA Marketplace store.
  2. Validate your CompTIA Member ID.
    To receive the CompTIA member discount, you must be a Corporate Member of CompTIA. Until you validate your Member ID, your purchases will not be eligible for the discount. Once your Member ID has been validated (which may take up to 24 hours), your purchases will be eligible for the discount. If you have not already done so, validate your CompTIA Corporate Member ID.

  3. Shop the CompTIA Marketplace store.
    Once you have created a login and validated your CompTIA Member ID, you are ready to shop the CompTIA Marketplace.
